Chief Operating Officer

A solutions-oriented, fast acting, active listener, Julie’s strengths include creative engagement and rapport building.

Originally from Ohio, Julie holds a Degree in Social Work from The Ohio State University. 

She loves being cozy, laughing, and walking her pooch Wrigley to a good new podcast! 

Director of Business Development 

With extensive experience in property management, project management & new construction, Gloria brings a dynamic and energized approach to produce the highest level of customer service, productivity, and dependability. She leads with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Gloria was raised in Laramie, Wyoming and studied criminal justice at the University of Wyoming. She worked in law enforcement before finding her true calling in property management. She enjoys documentaries, podcasts, & traveling the globe. Gloria lives in Firestone with her husband, 3 children and their pitbull Bella.

Director of Property Management

Tara’s extensive customer service background shapes her solutions-oriented, compassionate mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.  

Born and raised in Colorado, Tara loves to ski and raft with her family.

Director of Finance and Operations

Having worked at Wells Fargo and a private wealth management firm, Katie brings attention to detail, systems awareness, and operations knowledge to her post. 

She grew up in Michigan, but earned her degree from the University of Colorado after moving here in 2008.

Katie loves doing anything active and/or social. She has a perfect pitbull named Vinny.

Director of Administration

Naomi  handles the internal daily operations of the office and oversees the vetting and administrative department.

With experience in training, operations, customer service and management, she anticipates and resolves client needs with ease. 

Naomi is avid collector of vintage Pyrex, lover of coffee and enjoys supporting local music and songwriters within the community. 

Director, Airbnb/Mid-Term Rentals

Ross launched the Airbnb/Mid-Term rental Division of Fox Property Management in 2019, after successfully creating three previous businesses including Boulder’s Winter Craft Beer Festival. 

Born and raised in Boulder, he attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, graduating with a degree in Finance in 2002. 

He enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and exploring Colorado and the world. He is married and has two sons.

Executive Assistant

Melanie is our Executive Assistant; she is highly organized and detail-oriented. Excelling in providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless operations for the team. In her free time, she enjoys the many activities Colorado has to offer such as snowboarding, open-water swimming, biking, and fly-fishing.

Manager - Property Management Department

With experience in logistics, negotiating, and customer service, Richard loves the creative challenge of finding solutions.

Born and raised in the Denver/Boulder area, Richard is polite, respectful, competent, and responsive.

He enjoys reading, swimming, mountain biking, playing basketball, stock market research and interpretation, and relaxing at home with his long-term girlfriend and two pets, Poncho and Norman.

Senior Property Manager

Jacy holds a degree in Biology and exercise physiology from OSU and is currently earning a Master in Business Administration (MBA) at Northern Colorado.

Jacy taps into her team-building experience from playing soccer for Oregon State University (OSU) and for a European league based in Germany.

A native of Colorado, she enjoys everything Colorado has to offer.

Brooke taps into her hospitality industry and customer engagement experiences to create excellent client experiences at Fox. 

Brooke holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Edward's University in Austin, TX. 

Born and raised in Texas, Brooke now enjoys hiking and camping, visiting Red Rocks, and taking in Colorado’s beauty.

Senior Property Manager/Team Lead

Gemma’s promptness and professional, friendly demeanor puts everyone at ease. She has experience as a leasing agent, and a passion for all things real estate. 

Gemma was born and raised in Boulder, and studied business at Metropolitan State University in Denver.  

She enjoys music, adventures with friends and family, and playing with her Labradoodle and Australian Kelpie.

Senior Property Manager

Aylah’s background in customer service helps her be attentive to client needs. 

She strives to de-escalate tension as needed and find the win-win in any situation.

Originally from the East Coast, Aylah has lived in New York City and Durango, Colorado. 

She enjoys spending her free time cooking out, baking all things sweet, and spoiling her English bulldog, Cooper.

Property Support/Team Lead

Michelle works in a Property Management Support capacity.

She has extensive customer service experience from her time working in retail, the golf apparel industry and as an accounting and finance recruiter. 

She was born and raised in Wisconsin and has lived in Colorado since college. Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fort Lewis College.

She enjoys skiing, reading, long walks, going to concerts, travel and spending time with her husband, three children and two labradoodles.

Senior Property Manager 

Kelsey has a passion for getting things done. 

Her experience in nursing, hospitality and customer service, along with her background in psychology,  have enabled her to build durable and close relationships easily.

Kelsey enjoys listening to music (sometimes way too loud), joining her friends for happy hour, and working out at the gym.

Senior Property Manager/Team Lead

Coming to Fox with 9 years of experience in Property Management, Stevi brings industry knowledge that has prepared her to handle almost any situation that could come her way. She takes great pride in the level of customer service she offers owners and renters alike. She grew up in Colorado, before entering the world of Property Management she aspired to be a chef and attended Culinary School. In her down time you can find her cheering on all Colorado sports teams, cooking, camping or chauffeuring around her five kiddos. 

Senior Property Manager

Mattie brings expertise working in student and multi-family housing into her role as property manager. She has years of experience in the Boulder market and has built her career refining her hospitality and customer service skills.

Mattie holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality, events and gender studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver.  Mattie was born and raised in Louisville, CO. and continues to call it home. 

In her free time she enjoys camping, spending time with family, adventuring with her two golden retrievers, and traveling with her husband.

Maia provides clear communication and efficient service. She is a natural problem-solver, and efficient task manager.

Maia grew up traveling the world before settling here in Colorado. She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree and real estate license.  

She enjoys spending time outdoors with her pony Winston, hiking with her dogs, and traveling the world.

Stephanie is a versatile and accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer service, marketing, and management operations.

Stephanie was born and raised in Boulder, CO, and studied Family Studies and Social Work at Colorado State University.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, interior design, and spending time outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and three Cavapoos.

Property Manager

With a background in housing, customer service, and administrative work, Shi'Anne has a passion for client relations and teamwork. She truly believes that connecting with others and finding a way to brighten someone's day, can leave a positive impact on everyone she meets.

She currently has an Associates of Arts from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, CA. Recently relocated from Anchorage, Alaska, Shi'Anne enjoys researching interior design trends, going to concerts, or simply listening to a good podcast.

Property Manager

Fabian is a Colorado native and is fluent in both Spanish and English. With a background in banking, he has developed a keen eye for detail and a dedication to finding solutions, particularly when dealing with conflicts. His commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction has earned him a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy professional.

Outside of work, he enjoys repairing and working on cars, reading, spending time with his family, and hiking. He believes that these activities help him stay grounded and focused, which, in turn, helps him excel in his professional life.

Tina comes with extensive real estate and property management expertise. Tina moved to Northern Colorado 3 years ago and considers Colorado her forever home. She is originally from Texas. She brings excellent customer service as a warm and understanding representative of Fox Property Management.  She loves working with investors and tenants to develop long lasting positive relationships. Tina understands the importance of care and building of those relationships. When she is not working, she usually entertains guests, biking, concerts and taking her pups for long walks around the lake.

Teresa is a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and has several years of experience in the behavioral health field. Recently, she made the exciting transition to property management, where she looks forward to utilizing her expertise and enthusiasm to ensure smooth operations and foster thriving communities within our properties. In her free time, you’ll often find her enjoying the great outdoors with her husband and two sons, exploring new hiking trails or simply soaking up the sunshine.

Jason is a Buffalo, New York native with a background in restaurant management and photography for a car dealership website. Having relocated to Colorado to be close to family and embrace the great outdoors, his hobbies include hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. With a commitment to customer satisfaction, Jason's goal is to consistently add value, ensuring each customer enjoys a positive and enriching experience.

Andy couldn't make it as an actor. In fact, he never tried. Which is a good thing.

Andy's background in frame-to-finish home building, business and customer service drive his passion to provide great property owner and tenant experiences.

Outside of work, try to find this cat-lover on the river fishing or rafting, playing music on one of Boulder County's local stages, or yes, on the PICKLEBALL court!

Meg is originally from Michigan—Go BLUE!—but has pioneer roots in Colorado. Her biggest passion is her 3 kids and 3 pups. She loves to garden, fly fish, and is always in search of the best margarita.

As a serial seeker of knowledge, Meg owned a retail store, a gourmet cookie company, worked extensively in brand marketing, and spent decades doing work in mental health and social impact, most recently helping to launch a non-profit organization that assists low-income students in completing their college degrees.

As a problem solver and connector, Meg is excited to be part of the FPM Team.

Originally from Fairhope, Alabama, Dylan moved to Colorado in July of 2023. He keeps an active lifestyle enjoying outdoor recreation and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Charley. He brings a “can do” attitude and excels in interpersonal communication, consistently achieving positive results for everybody involved. He is looking forward to starting this new chapter of life in the place he loves the most. 

Senior Vetting Specialist

With extensive experience in customer service and student housing, Hannah enjoys communicating with potential tenants to ensure they find the perfect home. 

Originally from the greater Memphis area, and a graduate of Mississippi State University, Hannah moved to Boulder to earn her master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Colorado. 

Hannah likes to try new recipes, read, hike, travel to places like Bangkok and Barcelona when possible, and to spend time with her cat, Martin. 

Senior Vetting Specialist

Amy has experience in customer service, retail buying, and hotel management. 

Amy holds a degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in Durango. 

Born and raised in Massachusetts, she enjoys running the roads and trails around Boulder, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Senior Bookkeeper

Gabi is an empathetic and transparent communicator. With a background as a practice administrator for mental health, her priority is to build a strong connection and foundation of trust with her clients by being direct, detail-oriented, innovative, and solution-focused. 

In her free time, Gabi loves creating with her hands. She can often be found painting, writing, playing guitar, or making clothes. Her creativity and passion for sustainability makes her especially resourceful when it comes to problem solving. 

Bookkeeper 

Lana grew up in Chicago, IL immersed in her Ukrainian culture. Her commitment to the Ukrainian community is important to her and, in her spare time, she volunteers with Ukrainians of Colorado as a social media manager and participates in fundraisers.

Lana graduated from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education where she gained strong time management and adaptation skills.

Lana enjoys attending concerts, sharing a good laugh with loved ones, and cooking while listening to a good true crime podcast.

Airbnb/Mid-Term Property Coordinator

Growing up surrounded by family, Sheridyn learned from a young age the importance of helping others and creating positive experiences. 

Putting a smile on someone’s face sparks joy within her as well.

She enjoys watching anything featuring renowned Chef Gordon Ramsey, as he shares helpful tips she uses in her own cooking and he makes her laugh. 

Property Manager Coordinator

Alissa is a passionate individual who holds an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies. She wholeheartedly adopts the principles of accountability and time management, weaving them into a positive customer experience.

Outside of work, Alissa showcases her adventurous side by delving into the eerie environments of haunted houses, adding a thrill to her leisure. Additionally, she takes on the challenge of rock climbing with joy.

Alissa's hands-on approach and practical mindset make her a valuable asset to the Fox team.

Property Manager Coordinator

Born and raised in California, Shania grew up with fond memories of frequent visits to Disneyland. With a strong background in customer service, Shania is dedicated to making people happy and being kind-hearted. She excels in organizational skills and attention to detail, finding satisfaction in tasks that others might consider tedious. Shania is always eager to learn and understand every aspect of any role she takes on. Her favorite things include spending time with family, riding roller coasters, drinking matcha, taking naps, and being around animals. One day, she hopes to have pet ducks, raccoons, and cows.

Front Desk Receptionist 

Sarah was born in Texas, where she lived until graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Literature. Through her studies, she developed a passion for literary fiction and postmodernist authors, particularly Kurt Vonnegut. Guided by empathy, Sarah values the importance of listening to others' stories and seeking to understand their perspectives and experiences.

Outside of work, Sarah hikes with her dog, Winston, designs graphics for esports organizations, and tries not to drown in the endless deluge of her To-Be-Read list.

Property Support

Karin is part of the Property Support team, helping prospective tenants find their ideal rental home while assisting property managers. With a background in leasing, investment properties, and home conversions, she brings excellent customer service, organization, and a positive approach to every interaction.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and pets, traveling, golfing, and exploring nature. She values the strong, supportive team environment and aims to continue investing in properties while obtaining her notary license.

Avery plays a key role in assisting with property showings and ensuring a welcoming environment for prospective tenants. With a strong background in customer service gained through both retail and office experience, she excels at building meaningful connections and providing excellent client interactions.

Outside of work, Avery enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, and camping. When indoors, she loves reading a good book or watching a favorite TV show. She is excited to be part of the team, eager to meet new people, and looks forward to gaining valuable experience in the real estate industry.
