As Founder, CEO and Managing Broker of Fox Property Management, Jennifer and her team oversee the asset management of over 1100 investment properties in Boulder County and surrounding areas.
As an expert in residential investment property management Jennifer has found a niche in helping investors sell and buy investment property. Whether she is managing the preparation of a rental property as it’s taken to market, or advising a client on where, when and what should be considered in their next investment property purchase, her years of experience, excellent communication and skillful negotiation provide her clients exceptional service and peace of mind.
Jennifer actively sits on several non-profit boards, sharing her experience in small business development, real estate, and special interests.
You will see her skiing, hiking, playing soccer or singing in choir when she’s not working or with her husband, 3 girls and 2 mini–Australian Shepherds.

Per HB23-1099, a prospective tenant has the right to provide the landlord a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and if a prospective tenant provides the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, the landlord is prohibited from charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or charging the prospective tenant a fee for the landlord to access or use the portable tenant screening report. The portable tenant screening report must be provided to the landlord directly by the consumer reporting agency and can be no more than 30 days old.
